1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Funhideoutsprout.world website and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Funhideoutsprout Oy, a company registered in Finland (Business ID: FI-2917648-3), with its registered office at Eteläesplanadi 22 B, 4th Floor, 00130 Helsinki, Finland. By accessing, browsing, registering, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Funhideoutsprout Oy ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any future modifications.
2. Definitions
- "Platform" — the Funhideoutsprout.world website, mobile interface, embedded games, email communications, and any related services.
- "Virtual Currency" — non-monetary in-game tokens, coins, spins, gems, or rewards used solely within the Platform.
- "Content" — all text, graphics, logos, animations, source code, sounds, and other materials displayed on the Platform.
- "User Submission" — any data, email address, message, or feedback voluntarily submitted by you.
- "Force Majeure" — events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemic, infrastructure failure, or government action.
3. Entertainment-Only Disclaimer
Funhideoutsprout is a social casino entertainment platform. We expressly state and warrant the following:
- No real money is wagered, won, or lost on our Platform.
- No deposits or withdrawals of monetary value are facilitated.
- All in-game tokens, coins, "spins," and "rewards" are virtual currency with zero monetary value.

4. Eligibility & Age Verification

While no formal account creation is required, submitting your email entitles you to receive promotional content, free spin notifications, and VIP rewards. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain a single, primary email contact and not use disposable or temporary inboxes.
- Promptly update any changes to your contact information.
- Be responsible for safeguarding access to communications sent to your email address.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of your email.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Engage in fraudulent activity, identity theft, or impersonation of any individual or entity.

- Use bots, scrapers, automated tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Platform.
- Submit false email addresses or spam our forms.
- Interfere with the security or operational integrity of our servers.
- Violate applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
- Upload viruses, malware, ransomware, or any malicious code.
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or unlawful behaviour towards staff or other users.
- Use the Platform to engage in money laundering, financing of terrorism, or other illegal financial activities (notwithstanding the absence of real money on the Platform).
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Platform.
- Create multiple identities or use VPNs to falsify your jurisdiction.
Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension, permanent ban, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, branding, slot game artwork, animations, source code, text, graphics, the "功" symbol, KungFu-themed imagery, sound effects, music, and the Funhideoutsprout name — is the exclusive property of Funhideoutsprout Oy or its licensors and is protected under Finnish, EU, and international copyright and trademark law (including but not limited to the Finnish Copyright Act 404/1961 and Directive 2001/29/EC).
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, broadcast, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of this licence and may give rise to claims for damages and injunctive relief.
8. Promotions, Bonuses & Virtual Rewards
Promotional offers (free spins, daily bonuses, welcome packs, VIP tiers, tournaments) are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Without limiting the foregoing:
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion without prior notice.
- Virtual rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
- Bonus eligibility may be conditional on geographic location, account age, or engagement metrics.
- Abuse of bonus systems (multi-accounting, exploit usage) will result in forfeiture of all rewards.
- Promotions are void where prohibited by law.
9. User-Generated Content & Submissions
If you submit any feedback, suggestions, ideas, testimonials, or other content to us (collectively, "Submissions"), you grant Funhideoutsprout Oy a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such Submissions for any purpose, including marketing and product development. You warrant that you own the rights to the Submission and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee the Platform will be error-free, secure, free from harmful components, or available at all times.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funhideoutsprout Oy, its officers, directors, employees, partners, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of enjoyment, loss of business opportunity, loss of virtual currency, or reputational damage, arising from or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising from these Terms shall not exceed €100 (one hundred Euros). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Funhideoutsprout Oy and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
13. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect our community, security, or legal interests. Upon termination:
- All licences granted to you shall immediately cease.
- Any virtual currency or rewards in your account shall be forfeited.
- Sections relating to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by unsubscribing from communications and requesting deletion of your data via [email protected].
14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, pandemic, internet outages, cyber-attacks, or infrastructure failures.
15. Modifications to the Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email (if you have subscribed) or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be exclusively submitted to the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus), unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise. Consumers resident in the EU may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
17. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Responsible Gaming Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Funhideoutsprout Oy concerning the Platform.
18. No Waiver & Assignment
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any successor entity without notice.
